    Cast Aluminium Single bolt variant of the traditional cast aluminium cable cleat, suitable for installing three single-core cables in trefoil formation. Used throughout the world for decades, the aluminium cleat is manufactured using a casting process from LM6 grade aluminium alloy. The standard single bolt variant is suitable for normal industrial or outdoor (unpolluted) applications. An epoxy coated variant is also available with stainless steel fasteners for use in extreme or contaminated environments.
     
    Short circuit withstand tested: 30kA RMS (76kA peak).
     
    M10 Trefoil cleat fixing kits enable easy fixing of the cleat to cable ladder rungs or 41mm wide steel channel. Included in each kit: M10 BZP hexagon set screw, M10 flat washer and M10 plain channel nut.

    Temperature Range: -40 to +90 °C for aluminium base and up to +60 °C for the polymeric base version.
    Needle Flame Test: Withstands over 120 seconds of application time, ensuring flame resistance.
    Axial Movement Test: Can handle axial loads of up to 440 Newtons (N).
